Healthy Foods - What should we drink?

Mrs Rodger from Project Energise came to talk to us about what things we should be drinking.  We found out that the healthiest drinks are milk ( because we need calcium)  and water!  Other drinks are okay to have sometimes but we need to look after our teeth and not drink too many sugary drinks.
We had to put the drinks in order.  We had to guess how much sugar was in each one.  Fizzy drinks and fruit drinks have  heaps of sugar in them.  Some drinks, like Coca Cola and V have caffeine in them and that's not good for children to drink at all. We should drink lots of water and milk and save other drinks for special occasions.
